Exercises to Control Premature Ejaculation
(1) Choose a time when you will not be interrupted for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not do these exercises when you are hard pressed for time and under pressure to catch the ever punctual, over full local train or public transport.
(2) Remove all your clothes and lie on the bed.
(3) Relax for a minute or two. Recall a funny incident or an anecdote. Do not think you are appearing for a Master's Degree in Sexology.
(4) Learn to relax your body.
(5) After relaxing for a minute or two, lie on your back and stroke your penis, while concentrating on the sensations in the organ. Hold the organ in the way you like best and stimulate it slowly. As you feel the tension building up, concentrate on the erotic sensations in the penis until you feel ejaculation is inevitable. Stop masturbating and squeeze the glans penis between the thumb, the index and middle fingers. Do not worry if you trigger off at first while attempting this exercise.
