Controlling Premature Ejaculation
Most men feel embarrassed and bashful about telling their partners how and where they like to be stimulated. Women usually keep mum and never communicate their desires. They think men are omniscient! It is therefore necessary that both partners shed such mythical notions about each other and communicate their requirements.
During penile stimulation, the male should not consciously try to control and prolong his ejaculation, but let himself go and enjoy the build up of pleasurable sensations. Similarly, he should not introduce performance pressure by timing himself daily with a stopwatch telling himself, for instance, that he took 10 seconds longer to feel the ejaculatory inevitability today than yesterday. Such exercises are self defeating.
